Client Money Protection

LondonDom is a member of the Propertymark Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme. CMP is a government-approved scheme that reimburses landlords and tenants if a letting agent misappropriates their rent, deposit, or other client funds. Membership of a CMP scheme is a legal requirement for all property agencies in England that hold or handle client money directly or through a third party.
