Viewings of short listed properties
At a suitable time and date we will meet you at your hotel, office, home or airport and accompany you on the viewings of short listed properties. We do not recommend clients view more than 5-6 properties in one day. During the visits we'll draw your attention both to negative and to positive aspects of each house or apartment.
Negotiations
After we have found your ideal property we will advise you and then negotiate with an agent or private vendor on your behalf. Our knowledge of the local market should help to optimise your offer.
Conveyancing
As soon as your offer is accepted, we will refer you to reliable and trusted solicitors, financial advisors, surveyors and other relevant professionals. Please note that by this stage your mortgage loan (if necessary) should already be agreed. .
Exchange of contracts & completion
We will oversee all stages of the transaction to make sure that all parties involved (the seller, lawyers, agents, the mortgage broker, the surveyor, etc.) do not delay the process.
