Such trips are especially useful to those who do not know London so well or who are considering a new area. We'll go through the property market in the chosen area(s), local amenities, schools, transport, pros and cons of each neighbourhood.

LondonDom.com can research the marketplace and consider all properties on the market meeting your criteria – from hundreds of agents, developers and private vendors. We personally visit and rate those matching your requirements closest, and then we prepare a short-list and submit it to you with our independent views. All this will help you to have an idea about various options without unnecessary trips to London or constant viewings of unsuitable properties.

Viewings of short listed properties

At a suitable time and date we will meet you at your hotel, office, home or airport and accompany you on the viewings of short listed properties. We do not recommend clients view more than 5-6 properties in one day. During the visits we'll draw your attention both to negative and to positive aspects of each house or apartment.

Conveyancing

After we have found your ideal property we will advise you and then negotiate with an agent or private vendor on your behalf. Our knowledge of the local market should help to optimise your offer. As soon as your offer is accepted, we will refer you to reliable and trusted solicitors, financial advisors, surveyors and other relevant professionals. We will oversee all stages of the transaction to make sure that all parties involved (the seller, lawyers, agents, the mortgage broker, the surveyor, etc.) do not delay the process.

Assistance with new home or investment

After your purchase LondonDom.com can assist you with your move to London and the setup of your home here. We have a team of trusted builders, decorators, interior designers. If requested we can also help our foreign clients to get registered with the local authorities and Inland Revenue, to choose utility companies, open bank accounts etc. For many of our clients we act almost as their family office in the UK - we manage property investments and offices provide personal services such as managing household staff and even help with your shopping needs.
