LondonDom.com is an independent boutique property search & consultancy company based in central London. We offer full spectrum of property services aimed primarily at international home buyers and tenants. ‘Dom' means ‘home, house' in Russian. Most of our clients are from Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine but also from Europe and the Middle East.

We specialise in providing an individually tailored and discreet service to purchasers of exclusive residential properties at the middle to top end of the residential market mainly in central London but also in home counties. Our aim is to ensure that the process of buying a property is a smooth experience for all concerned. 

Since 2004 LondonDom.com has been involved with a number of significant sales both in London and outside. We also have an office in Paris that deals with property services in French capital and on French Riviera.

We have established close working and personal relationships with many of our clients and are proud of extensive repeat business and recommendations from vendors and purchasers alike.

Our services include personal property search for purchase and rentals, full support during the transaction, introductions to legal, tax and immigration specialists. Full relocation advice, help with setting up new home and property management. Professional educational advisers can recommend independent schools in the UK.  

LondonDom.com proposes two ways of buying property - from our mini catalogue of pre-vetoed properties in most prestigious and attractive areas of London or by using our bespoke property finder service. The selection in our catalogue of quality flats and houses  helps applicants to understand the prices and state of the market. However people who approach us prefer to use our individual property search service. We will then consider all offers on the market – from hundreds of agents, developers and private landlords. We can also often find homes not formally marketed. 

LondonDom.com helps its clients in all aspects of relocation to Britain - from area familiarisation tours providing an overview of property styles and prices, amenities , the pros and cons, independent mortgage advice, assistance with the move to the UK, recommendations of private schools, builders and interior designers.
